Shipping

All orders are shipped within 1-5 business days after the order has been placed unless noted otherwise.

**Please double-check your shipping address provided to avoid the shipment of an item to the wrong location.**

All items are shipped through USPS. Once an item has shipped, I have no control over delays, delivery time, or missing or stolen items. If USPS lists an item as "delivered" but is missing or stolen Autumn & Sage LLC is not responsible for replacing or refunding the item.

When possible, I combine multiple orders for the same shipment address. If you do not want your orders combined, please make a note during checkout or email me to request this OR to specify if you do NOT want them shipped together. 

International shipping to Canada is available at this time, however, please expect delays. Canadian customers are responsible for all shipping and related costs, including customs and import taxes.

As an environmentally friendly business, I often reuse packaging material. Please be aware that your items may arrive in reused boxes or with recycled materials such as packaged air, styrofoam peanuts etc. Please reuse and recycle what you can.

Damages

I work very hard to carefully package each and every order, but If your item arrives damaged, please contact me at theautumnandsage@gmail.com within 72 hours from delivery. Please include photos of the damaged items and any damaged packaging. If I do not receive an email with photos within 72 hours I cannot offer any refund or replacement.

If a replacement is offered, please know that each piece is one-of-a-kind and cannot be replicated exactly but I will do my best to make sure it is as close as possible. Replacement items may take 6-10 weeks to receive based on my current schedule. In order to remain as efficient as possible, I must work these items into my shop update schedules.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of my pottery and the challenge of shipping fragile pottery, all sales are final. Please read all listing details and review all photos carefully before purchasing. If you have questions regarding a specific item please contact me directly prior to purchase. Every item is a handmade and all product listings include photos of the exact item you are ordering. Remember, no two items are the same!

My work is both decorative and functional so if you experience any issues with functionality (cracks, leaking, etc) when you receive your item, please contact me immediately, within 7 days and include documentation. Once 7 days have past, I cannot offer any form of replacement or refund.

If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact me within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Cancellations 

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. I begin packaging items for shipment the following day. Cancellations cannot be made after 24 hours or after an item has been marked as shipped.
